Seamless Industrial Control Through Touch & Connectivity
Our system integrates a touch display connected via a 40-pin LCD interface, enabling direct user interaction. Each input from the display is processed by a Single Board Computer (SBC), which acts as the central controller. The SBC communicates with machines or instruments over Wi-Fi or Ethernet—creating an IoT-based network for real-time monitoring and control.
This architecture allows for cost-effective, scalable, and intelligent automation, making it ideal for both industrial and home automation applications. By combining smart HMI design with IoT connectivity, we bring a modern, responsive, and efficient control system to small and mid-scale operations.
The UI allows users to interact with buttons or controls on the screen.
The OS manages communication between the HMI, control software, and hardware.
The control software processes input and sets GPIO outputs.
The HMI executes each instruction, triggering the relay to control 250V AC devices.
